Neanche 48 h dopo i primi problemi...decoder nessun cenno di vita...nell arco della giornata ho eseguito il tragitto Cinecittà/talenti per risolvere il problema...sembrava fatta ma segnale criptato...ho seguito i consigli di un addetto chiamare lo 025050 numero non adatto alla problematica (conoscono le cose?) tra assistenza virtuale e telefonica non sono riuscita a rispolvera il problema di diritti di visione...contatto nuovamente il negozio ma il ‘fenomeno’ di turno dice che se voglio aiuto devo andare per la quarta volta presso di loro... Quando ho stipulato il contratto sapevano benissimo che era un contratto per un disabile e non vedente, per questo avevo chiesto la soluzione migliore ma soprattutto vera assistenza...dopo questa mia esperienza mi sento in dovere di non consigliate a nessuno di recarsi in questo negozio anche perché nei tre gg che sono andata c’era gente che si lamentava per la mancanza di professionalità che confermo e per varie problematiche riscontrate! Incommentabile. Rudeness and total absence of professionalism.
