Ho prenotato per una gastroscopia ma il giorno della visita, fissata alle ore 11, lo studio era chiuso giá dalle 10 30, il portiere gentilmente ha chiamato la segretaria che si é giustificata dicendo che non potevo essere visitata perché il medico era a letto con la febbre e che non aveva potuto avvisarmi perché non aveva il mio numero. Assolutamente falso visto che mi erano arrivati due sms il giorno prima per ricordarmi dell appuntamento.
Zero professionalism. I booked for a gastroscopy but on the day of the visit, set at 11, the study was already closed from 10 30, the concierge politely called the secretary who justified herself saying that I could not be visited because the doctor was in bed with the fever and that he had not been able to warn me because he did not have my number. Absolutely false since I had received two text messages the day before to remind me of the appointment.

Professionalism, competence and courtesy. Followed by the preparation for the execution of the exam with a great sense of familiarity. Kindly welcomed in the study after a scrupulous interview, the exam was carried out which was precise and accurate. The therapy to be followed has been well elucidated and clarified.
