Lavoro fatto dalla titolare e non da una ragazza alle prime armi: unghie spessissime, per nulla naturali, avevo chiesto forma a mandorla ma la forma era tutt'altro, una rotonda, una quadrata e tutte rigorosamente storte. L'unica cosa decente era il colore che ho scelto. Ho pagato 130 euro per avere delle unghie imbarazzanti che non ne valevano 20. Mi spiace ma non ci metterò più piede. Bocciatissimo! Le Donne della Salus per Aquam sono delle "beauty-consultant"; lavorano con dedizione ed eccellenza e hanno un background scientifico ed estetico tale da affrontare ogni singolo tema legato alla bellezza e al benessere con competenza e con il desiderio di trovare soluzioni personalizzate. La loro professionalità è indiscutibile: sanno prendersi cura delle loro clienti a 360°, sempre aggiornate con i macchinari tecnologicamente più all'avanguardia, usano i migliori prodotti sul mercato, partendo dalla convinzione che la bellezza viene dalla salute, in una continua ricerca del meglio. Sanno offrire a ciascuna di noi una consulenza personalizzata, che comprende la proposta di trattamenti in studio, di prodotti da usare a casa, ma anche consigli su come prenderci cura del nostro corpo in base alle specifiche esigenze di ognuna. Il centro è una vera oasi di benessere: gli arredi, la musica di sottofondo, le fotografie... quasi una galleria d'arte, dove si celebra la bellezza in tutte le sue forme. E in fondo Grazia e Silvia nel loro settore sono decisamente due artiste! Lascio per ultimo, ma in questi tempi non è affatto ultimo per importanza, il mio apprezzamento per la straordinaria attenzione per l'igiene: non solo tutto è sempre scrupolosamente pulito, ma da sempre, molto prima che il Covid ci condizionasse, mi sono sentita sicura, sapendo che gli strumenti e gli ambienti vengono di continuo rigorosamente sanificati. E poi, per fare un esempio banale: quanti altri centri estetici riservano una lima per unghie personale per ogni cliente? I have known Grazia and Silvia for many years and I am increasingly convinced that they deserve all 5 stars and even praise, if it were possible. Their professionalism is indisputable: they know how to take care of their customers at 360 °, always up to date with the most technologically advanced machinery, they use the best products on the market, starting from the belief that beauty comes from health, in a continuous search for the best. . They know how to offer each of us personalized advice, which includes the proposal of treatments in the studio, products to use at home, but also advice on how to take care of our body according to the specific needs of each. The center is a true oasis of well-being: the furnishings, background music, photographs ... almost an art gallery, where beauty in all its forms is celebrated. And after all Grazia and Silvia in their sector are definitely two artists! I leave for last, but in these times it is by no means last in importance, my appreciation for the extraordinary attention to hygiene: not only is everything always scrupulously clean, but always, long before Covid affected us, I felt safe, knowing that the tools and environments are continuously rigorously sanitized. And then, to give a trivial example: how many other beauty centers reserve a personal nail file for each client?

Ho degli standard solitamente alti di pulizia e professionalità per i servizi sul benessere del corpo e persona, dopo tante recensioni mi sono decisa di fissare un appuntamento a Salus, e non potevo che fare la scelta più giusta. Professionalità fin dall'accoglienza ospiti. Consiglio solamente di evitare sgrida di impiegati di fronte ai clienti, richiamarli del perché una stanza non è pronta. Piccolo feedback a riguardo. Pulizia impeccabile, norme COVID rispettate al 200%. Silvia si è presa cura dei miei piedi, non solo nel servizio ma anche nel consigliarmi come e cosa fare. La sua passione si denota da come ne parla, e come ci tiene al cliente che sappia, quindi educa anche la persona a prendersi cura di se stessa, ed è stata una qualità tanto apprezzata. Valeria invece ha fatto la mia manicure, con un semi-permanente. Fantastica anche lei, molto precisa, professionale, e paziente nel consigliarmi quale prodotto come e perché. Ritornerò assolutamente da Salus, seppur significa fare Milano-Como solo per loro, con molto piacere. E' stata una coccola dall'inizio alla fine. Qualità top notch. Grazie mille. What to say? Professionalism right from the reception of guests. I only recommend that you avoid scolding employees in front of customers, calling them back about why a room is not ready. Little feedback about it. Impeccable cleanliness, COVID standards respected at 200%. Silvia took care of my feet, not only in the service but also in advising me how and what to do. Her passion is denoted by how she talks about it, and how she cares about the customer who knows, so she also educates the person to take care of herself, and it was a much appreciated quality. Se trova un buco per infilarmi.....dietro sento la titolare che prima deve venire la dottoressa XY.....una dottoressa sono anch'io, siamo vicino perché vivo 5 minuti dallo Spa. Già si potrebbe dire per una bella convivenza tra vicini si potrebbe trovare un posto. Che sicuramente sarei venuta sempre. Questo vuol dire accoglienza? Questo vuol dire cordialità? Questo è maleducazione! Freddezza e arroganza. Ovviamente lì non lavorano signori, ma cafoni che fanno finta di interessarsi della clientela. Ma vedono la gente solo come dollari moventi.
