★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un paio di volte all' anno percorriamo i 250 Km che separano il nostro domicilio abituale dal salumificio Bianco per poterci rifornire dei prodotti artigianali che con piacere consumiamo e di cui a Natale facciamo dono , con grande successo ad amici e parenti .Sopressa e pancetta arrotolata , adeguatamente speziati , costituiscono parte degli appetitosi stuzzichini da abbinare agli aperitivi.In particolare utilizziamo le sottili fettine di pancetta per foderare le quaglie da arrostire , con risultato piacevolissimo.Il prezzo inoltre risulta assai competitivo e giustifica la spesa del carburante per il tragitto .
