Macellaio "vecchia maniera",ma adattatosi alle esigenze della clientela di un grosso "paese" quindi ha dovuto inserire altri prodotti alimentari per soddisfare la propria clientela; comunque persona preparata nel suo lavoro e ben coadiuvato dalla consorte
