Funziona benissimo anche il servizio di precottura e confezionamento di pietanze porzionate per chi va di fretta, quindi arrosti, spiedo, sughi, cotechini e non mancano le preparazioni gia pronte per la cottura. Ma la vera specialità sono gli insaccati che Roberto sa sapientemente preparare come da tradizione, con buona carne suina scelta, sale, pepe e vino senza aggiunta alcuna di conservanti. Solo l'assaggio può completare al meglio questa descrizione.
