Here you can find excellent and particular meats and cheeses. Authentic specialties that are difficult to find elsewhere. Spit-roasted chicken is exceptional. Unfortunately you can't find it every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr gute Metzgerei, etwas versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse in der Nähe der Burg in Malcesine. Die Inhaberin spricht auch gut deutsch. Wir konnten vor Ort auch probieren und sie hat uns alles eingeschweißt, damit alles den Heimweg gut übersteht. Sehr zu empfehlen (es gibt auch Käse und andere Spezialitäten)
very good butcher shop, a bit hidden in a small alley near the castle in Malcesine. The owner speaks good German. We were also able to try things on site and she sealed everything for us so that everything survives the way home safely. Highly recommended (there are also cheese and other specialties)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute Spitzenqualität! Wir waren im dazugehörigen Bed and Breakfast und haben dadurch viele verschieden Wurst-und Käsesorten probieren können! Am Tag der Abreise haben wir natürlich noch etwas eingekauft und wurden hier erstklassig beraten.
Manchmal muss man etwas warten, da die Besitzerin sich viel Zeit und Mühe für jeden einzelnen Kunden gibt.... Aber das ist es definitiv wert! Hier steckt viel Herz drin und das spürt man definitiv.
Absolute top quality! We stayed in the attached bed and breakfast and were able to try many different types of sausage and cheese! On the day of departure we of course bought something and were given first-class advice.
Sometimes you have to wait a bit as the owner puts a lot of time and effort into each and every customer ... but it's definitely worth it! There is a lot of heart here and you can definitely feel that.
