La struttura e tutta l’azienda agricola rappresentano un’isola felice nel cuore della Sila. Io e il mio compagno eravamo alla ricerca di un luogo immerso nella natura, che potesse farci dimenticare lo stress della routine quotidiana. E abbiamo trovato molto di più: una struttura elegante e accogliente, pulizia impeccabile di stanza e aree comuni, qualità elevatissima di tutti i prodotti alimentari che abbiamo potuto degustare (esclusivamente a km 0 e “Made in Sila”), disponibilità e cortesia di tutto il personale, e in ultimo, ma non per importanza, il calore umano della famiglia che gestisce l’azienda. Siamo andati via con la promessa di tornare presto, magari d’inverno con le montagne piene di neve! The stay at the Biosila farmhouse was a unique and wonderful experience! The structure and the entire farm represent a happy island in the heart of the Sila. My partner and I were looking for a place surrounded by nature, which could make us forget the stress of the daily routine. And we found much more: an elegant and welcoming structure, impeccable cleanliness of the room and common areas, the highest quality of all the food products that we were able to taste (exclusively at km 0 and "Made in Sila"), availability and courtesy of everything the staff, and last but not least, the human warmth of the family that runs the company. We left with the promise to return soon, perhaps in winter with the mountains full of snow!

Cibo squisito, location stupenda, personale preparatissimo, educato, gentile. Al termine del nostro pranzo ci hanno offerto di stare un po sdraiati sul prato. Che dire.. Un posto meglio del vostro difficile trovarlo!! Complimenti e continuate così We came to have lunch at this charming farmhouse. A unique and rare professionalism. Exquisite food, wonderful location, highly trained, polite, kind staff. At the end of our lunch they offered us to lie down on the lawn for a while. What to say .. Spaccio aziendale pieno di prelibatezze Meglio durante la settimana e se non ci sono folkloristici ricevimenti ( esiste ancora gente che celebra matrimoni, battesimi addirittura cresime e compleanni?? ) da storia delle tradizioni popolari.. Questi posti dovrebbero insegnare a rispettare la natura e non a disperdere cibo e soldi. Fate beneficenza invece di deficienza Wow. Stunning place High quality.
