★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima scelta di salumi e formaggi toscani, piuttosto caro(16euro 3panini prociutto e formaggio, di cui uno piccolo) poca cura del servizio ( non ci ha tolto la prima fetta di formaggio con principio di muffa...)
 Excellent choice of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, rather expensive (16euro 3 sandwiches prociutto and cheese, one of which small) little care for the service (he did not take away the first slice of cheese with a moldy principle ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and kind staff, carefully selected stock. Family run! We spent what we normally would at an American grocery store, and the pasta, salami, pickled vegetables, wine, etc lasted us the remainder of our trip (over a week), plus it was EXCELLENT to cook with. We intentionally went on this trip hoping to save money on eating out by cooking ourselves with high quality products, and this salumeria absolutely helped us to do that. Best wishes to the family that runs this wonderful little market!
