Entriamo (mia mamma deve cambiare gli occhiali da vista). La commessa ci accoglie con gentilezza e col sorriso. E molto professionalmente ci propone la loro ben fornita scelta di lenti e montature spiegando bene e senza farci sentire in obbligo di acquisto sul momento. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal servizio ,in special modo una cosa mai provata prima. La sterilizzazione degli occhiali da vista! Gentimente la commessa ha pulito gli occhiali di mia mamma con un sistema mai visto prima in altri negozi di ottica. Credo proprio che torneremo per acquistare un nuovo paio di occhiali. Consigliatissimo!!! On a beautiful sunny November day, I took my mom for a walk in Montecatini and while walking we stopped to observe the beautiful and well-set up shop window of Ottica Ruffo. Let's go inside (my mom has to change her glasses). The saleswoman welcomes us with kindness and a smile. And very professionally he offers us their well-stocked choice of lenses and frames explaining well and without making us feel obliged to buy on the spot. We were very pleased with the service, especially something we have never experienced before. The sterilization of eyeglasses! The saleswoman kindly cleaned my mom's glasses with a system never seen before in other optical shops. I really think we'll be back to buy a new pair of glasses. Highly recommended !!!
f	francesca mantovani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio il mio post...nel dire :Ho acquistato gli occhiali progressivi in una città bellissima come Montecatini Terme..e non nella mia città...devo dire che sono rimasta soddisfatta dell'acquisto fatto che un GRAZIE a Davide e Simona con la loro professionalità sanno consigliare in tutti i modi, soprattutto nella consegna...rapidissima: consegna venerdì mattina....no giovedì mattina...che dire stupendo!!!Questo dimostra tutto:cortesia, disponibilità, cordialità che dimostrano al cliente...ed è "Moltissimo BRAVIIII "Mi hanno insegnato i primi sguardi da alto verso il basso e desta e sinistra leggendo delle righe..Al primo impatto ho detto: vedo benissimo da lontano che da vicino leggermente a sinistra un po' sfocato...poi girandomi piano ho visto bene!!!Stupendo!!!Li sto portando da 4 o 5 e mi sto abituando anche nello scendere gli scalini di casa...cosa importantissima!!!Che altro aggiungere...i prezzi ottimi!!
