Ho preso appuntamento al Barone Rosso perché ho visto che in atelier avevano gli abiti di Inmaculada Garcia. Avevo letto anche qualche recensione che li definiva piuttosto insistenti nella vendita, quindi sono partita relativamente preoccupata. Invece ho trovato una persona eccezionale (Sabina) che sì, ci tiene alla vendita, ma non cerca di "appiopparti" un vestito che proprio non è il tuo. Con me è stata molto paziente, lei e una delle mie testimoni hanno visto in un vestito "il" potenziale vestito, con delle modifiche che non riuscivo totalmente a immaginare. Sabina mi ha detto di fidarmi di lei e l'ho fatto, e il risultato è stato bellissimo.
Successivamente anche il mio sposo è andato al Barone Rosso e anche lui è stato seguito con estrema professionalità da Giuseppe.
Lo consigliamo veramente!

I made an appointment at the Red Baron because I saw that they had Inmaculada Garcia's clothes in the atelier. I had also read some reviews that defined them rather insistent in the sale, so I left relatively worried. Instead I found an exceptional person (Sabina) that yes, he cares about the sale, but he doesn't try to "stuff" a dress that just isn't yours. She was very patient with me, she and one of my witnesses saw in a dress "the" potential dress, with modifications that I could not totally imagine. Sabina told me to trust her and I did it, and the result was beautiful.
Later my husband also went to the Red Baron and he too was followed with extreme professionalism by Giuseppe.
We really recommend it!

Fin dalla scelta del vestito ho trovato Andrea e Giuseppe due persone molto professionali, disponibili, gentili, pronte a soddisfare ogni mia esigenza, attenti a ogni dettaglio.
Siamo riusciti a modellare il vestito e a renderlo spettacolare tanto che al matrimonio sono rimasti tutti senza parole per la bellezza dell’abito! Li

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato il mio abito da sposa presso il barone rosso di Montecatini, l’abito era veramente da sogno, unico nel suo genere, mi hanno fatto i complimenti tutti! Sabina è stata particolarmente brava perché mi ha consigliato i modelli che mi potevano stare meglio e ho individuato un vestito a cui non avrei mai pensato e che secondo me era veramente quello giusto! Il valore aggiunto del salone poi è la personalizzazione degli abiti, oltre che l’originalità dei modelli e la professionalità e organizzazione delle prove. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria e tutto lo staff.
I bought my wedding dress from the red baron of Montecatini, the dress was truly a dream, one of a kind, everyone congratulated me! Sabina was particularly good because she recommended the models that could fit me better and I identified a dress that I would never have thought of and that in my opinion was really the right one! The added value of the salon is the customization of the clothes, as well as the originality of the models and the professionalism and organization of the rehearsals. The owner and all the staff are also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ritirato oggi il mio abito, fissato in gennaio, un abito da cerimonia, un coprispalle un pellicciotto, naturalmente finto, e un paio di scarpe. Niente da dire sul servizio, le modifiche sono state fatte correttamente e nei tempi. La cosa che mi ha turbato e non poco e che ho chiesto se potevo non prendere il coprispalle in quanto ho recuperato un coprispalle dal guardaroba di mia sorella che purtroppo non è più con noi! Mi sono anche commossa spiegando la situazione e L’unica risposta che ho avuto e che me lo avevano tenuto via, sottolineo per un mese soltanto, e che al massimo mi avrebbero potuto dare qualcos’altro. Chiaramente loro sono dalla parte della ragione, io ho firmato un contratto, ma mi domando l’umanità dove è finita? NEMMENO UNA PAROLA DI CONFORTO O DI COLLABORAZIONE! Ci sono rimasta malissimo! Sicuramente non tornerò più e la mia amica che aveva bisogno di un abito da sposa, visto il loro comportamento, non tornerà sicuramente. Bastava un po’ di umanità!

I will definitely not go back and my friend who needed a wedding dress, given their behavior, will definitely not come back. A little humanity was enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho accompagnato un'amica alla ricerca del suo abito da sposa.. premetto che venivamo da un'esperienza terribile in un altro atelier,quindi siamo arrivate un pò intimidite e con la speranza almeno di far diventare questa esperienza un momento bello come dovrebbe essere per tutti.
Siamo state accolte da Sabina che con la sua esperienza e professionalità ha azzeccato l'abito giusto al primo tentativo. Ha assecondato la sposa facendole provare altri vestiti e ascoltando ogni sua richiesta e rendendo quel momento piacevole e divertente..
Ma la sua espressione al primo abito è stata indimenticabile!
Ampissima scelta di abiti di tutti i generi e grande professionalità!
