Nous faire payer une planche pour deux 20 euros avec deux tranche de salami, de mortadelle, coppa et quelque legume dans le pays de la charcuterie et faire payer le pain avec! c'est se moqué des clients. Cela ne représente pas du tout les photos publiés sur Google. Deplus, une petite assiette de patate au four pour ma fille 4 euros alors qu'il n'y avait rien; c'est vraiment dégueulasse. Je signale qu'il n'y a aucune carte de menu avec aucun prix. C'est une addition salé à la tête du client. Je déconseille. Et pour les touristes qui découvrent la region méfier vous de ce type de restaurant. Vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Ne vous fiez pas au note sur the fork, il n'y rien d'exceptionnel. Dal nome si capisce che sono specializzati in salumi e formaggi tipici regionali (mortadella tartufata è spettacolare). La proprietaria è cordiale e molto professionale. Hanno anche birre artigianali. Ci sono stato 2 volte in una settimana ed ho sempre trovato cibo ottimo. Peccato che la seconda volta la porchetta fosse finita... Lo definirei un incontro tra un alimentari ed un'enoteca con uno stile tutto particolare: scaffali con vini su tutte le pareti, tavoli per degustare, il bancone in fondo. Si rimane subito colpiti dalla quantità di bottiglie e roba da mangiare esposta, nonostante ciò il locale non sembra disordinato ma bensì accogliente. La signora che ci ha accolto stava assaggiando la porchetta appena sfornata (a suo dire controllo qualità di routine). Dopo averci spiegato le varie opzioni per l'aperitivo (diverse dimensioni di taglieri con la possibilità di abbinare anche un assaggio di qualche pietanza particolare a scelta) abbiamo ricevuto un bel tagliere con verdure, affettati e formaggi. Tutti prodotti di nicchia provenienti da diverse aziende del territorio nazionale e non. I due calici di Montepulciano rosso (Majna Villamagna) hanno completato il bel quadretto. Prezzo medio per un aperitivo 15€ a persona. Unico rimorso: non aver assaggiato la porchetta...l'odore era buono...speravo la signora mi chiedesse un parere portandomene un poco ma così non è stato. We entered this place during the Christmas holidays. I would call it a meeting between a food shop and a wine shop with a very particular style: shelves with wines on all the walls, tables for tasting, the counter at the bottom. We are immediately struck by the quantity of bottles and stuff to eat on display, despite this, the place does not seem messy but welcoming. The lady who welcomed us was tasting the freshly baked pork (according to her routine quality control). After explaining the various options for the aperitif (different sizes of cutting boards with the possibility of combining a taste of some particular dish of your choice) we received a nice cutting board with vegetables, cold cuts and cheeses. All niche products from various national and international companies. The two glasses of red Montepulciano (Majna Villamagna) completed the beautiful picture. Average price for an aperitif 15 € per person. Only remorse: not having tasted the porchetta ... the smell was good ... I hoped the lady would ask me for an opinion, bringing me a little but it did not happen.

Nous avons clairement passé un chouette moment grâce à la serveuse qui nous a tout expliqué des détails de la bière jusqu'à la cuisson des aubergines. What a delight and what incredible kindness. We clearly had a great time thanks to the waitress who explained everything to us from the details of the beer to the cooking of the aubergines.
