Tuttavia sono rimasta spiacevolmente colpita dal loro comportamento...Mi hanno bloccata su instagram perché seguo ed acquisto anche da altri negozi che hanno alcuni brand in comune. Capisco la rivalità e la competizione che ci possa essere, ma bloccare i clienti non è un'azione di cui si comprende la necessità. Ho provato anche a segnalare la cosa, senza nessun risultato. Bellissima la proposta di stile mai banale! Perfetto il mix pronto moda-brand alti fino al made in italy. Si trovano cose che altri non hanno. Prezzi giusti e personale carino e gentile. Ha pubblicizzato una promozione del 30% online e dopo che ho fatto un ordine di tre capi, pagato con bonifico bancario e ricevuto conferma che tutto era andato a buon fine, mi ha comunicato, a distanza di giorni, l’annullamento dell ‘ordine perche ‘, a loro dire, c’era stato un errore nei sistemi e i capi non erano più scontati. Solo dopo aver fatto presente che si trattava di una pratica commerciale scorretta e minacciato di segnalare l’accaduto all’Agcm e all’Unione Consumatori, mi hanno riconfermato ed inviato l’ordine ma mi hanno chiesto di non comprare più da loro , eliminandomi come follower da Instagram. Io segnalerò comunque l’accaduto all’Unione Consumatori per tutelare i consumatori. Una domanda: ma se mi presento in negozio a Pescara cosa faranno? Mi vieteranno di entrate ? ? Sono rimasta un po’ male per questa cosa, mi ero innamorata di un completo, con una taglia in più sarebbe stato perfetto. Beautiful shop in the center of Pescara.
