D	Diego Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ della pulizia e dell'igiene non avevo dubbi: tutte le precauzioni necessarie per affrontare il problema covid il salone le adottava anche prima (tranne la mascherina ovviamente che ora viene regolarmente utilizzata). Alta professionalità; valore aggiunto la spiegazione delle tecniche di lavoro, il cliente è accompagnato in ogni parte dell'esperienza (ottima). Ho trovato il personale molto qualificato, disponibile e paziente anche con chi la pazienza la farebbe perdere in fretta. Il prezzo è assolutamente in linea con la qualità offerta. Impeccabile la puntualità. Assolutamente consigliato! anche per bambini piccoli: mia figlia (2anni e mezzo) si è divertita molto e i consigli su come gestire i boccoli sono serviti molto! I had no doubts about cleaning and hygiene: all the precautions necessary to deal with the problem covid the salon used them even before (except of course the mask which is now regularly used). High professionalism; added value the explanation of the working techniques, the customer is accompanied in every part of the experience (excellent). I found the staff very qualified, helpful and patient, even with whom patience would make you lose quickly. The price is absolutely in line with the quality offered. Impeccable punctuality. Absolutely recommended! even for small children: my daughter (2 and a half years) had a lot of fun and the tips on how to manage the ringlets were very useful!

Commercianti così meritano di non lavorare. I was 10 minutes late so I can understand skipping my appointment but being treated arrogantly was totally out of place. Traders like this deserve not to work.

Sono peró uscito dal negozio con un taglio completamente diverso rispetto a quello che avevo chiesto mostrando delle foto. Il taglio che mi é stato fatto non é brutto, anzi é fatto molto bene ma non si avvicina per niente a quello che avevo chiesto. Un peccato. Prezzo(30) eccessivo per me considerando il taglio richiesto. (P.S: Non sono stato servito da Antonio che mi pare di capire sia un po' la punta di diamante del negozio. Penso quindi dipenda da chi vi serve. Io non avevo espresso preferenze non conoscendo il personale) Very friendly and attentive staff. The cut that was made to me is not bad, indeed it is done very well but it does not come close to what I asked for. A shame. Excessive price (30) for me considering the requested cut. (P.S: I have not been served by Antonio who I understand is a bit the spearhead of the shop. I therefore think it depends on who you serve. I had not expressed preferences not knowing the staff)

Probabilmente se avessero fatto il mio taglio e la tonalità di colore che dicevo io... no ci sarei più tornata. Apprezzo la sincerità e una guida da chi ne sa di più . Non apprezzo chi pur di "accontentare" un cliente fanno tagli ad cazzum e comunque lo stesso lasciando scontento un cliente... E poi che dire dello shampoo..... dopo una giornata intensa e e i mille pensieri che ti porti dietro... un massaggio che.... da senza parole.... Dai che torno e mi faccio blu? When you arrive you know you want a color, a scale, etc. You sit down and "what did he think he was doing ??" I throw them an idea that has been a little corrected, and so be it !!! Probably if they had done my cut and the color tone I was saying ... no I would have gone back there. I appreciate sincerity and guidance from those who know best.
