★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono iscritta da poco dopo tantissimo tempo che non praticavo aikido, e mi trovo benissimo!
-L’insegnante è davvero preparato, non solo per quanto riguarda la disciplina in sé ma anche rispetto ai principi biomeccanici coinvolti nel movimento. Sa sempre spiegare con dovizia di particolari perché un certo gesto ha un particolare effetto, e come rispettare il range fisiologico di rotazione delle articolazioni. Questo aiuta moltissimo a capire come fare una tecnica in modo efficace ma sempre nel rispetto dell’altro, evitando di fare (e farsi) male. Per di più è anche molto simpatico e trova sempre il modo di motivarti! Sarà anche per questo che… (punto successivo)
-Il gruppo è splendido, numeroso, variegato ed… esuberante ;-) e molto accogliente. Atmosfera mooolto piacevole. E infine, che non guasta:
-La palestra in via Maggio è bella grande, comodissima (sopra corso Europa) e si trova facilmente parcheggio.
I recently signed up after a very long time that I did not practice aikido, and I am fine!
- The teacher is really prepared, not only with regard to the discipline itself but also with respect to the biomechanical principles involved in the movement. He always knows how to explain in great detail why a certain gesture has a particular effect, and how to respect the physiological range of rotation of the joints. This helps a lot to understand how to do a technique effectively but always respecting the other, avoiding doing (and getting) hurt. What's more, he is also very nice and always finds a way to motivate you! It may also be for this reason that ... (next point)
- The group is splendid, numerous, varied and… exuberant ;-) and very welcoming. Sooo nice atmosphere. And finally, which doesn't hurt:
- The gym in via Maggio is large, very comfortable (above Corso Europa) and parking is easy to find.
