Saint Peter's Luxury Domus

Dispiace ma la struttura , anche se solo di b&b, non è stata minimamente all'altezza del livello minimo richiesto. Aria condizionata rotta (e a luglio, Roma, su una strada altamente trafficata non è il massimo), colazione di livello veramente scarso (prodotti confezionati di dubbia qualità ed in quantità minime, con resti dalla sera prima notati anche in fase di check in), materasso ai limiti dell'utilizzabile, doccia mezza bloccata con schizzi d'acqua dappertutto. Dispiace per il personale, più che disponibile e sorridente, ma ancora non attrezzato, come tutti, per i miracoli. Si salvano veramente solo loro.

Posto carinissimo, personale gentilissimo... e doccia epica! Pulito, camere molto belle, iper consigliato, si può fumare in balcone e vicino alla finestra nello spazio comune\cucina. Difetti: Alessandra Amoroso sparata a palla alle 9 del mattino (le camere si lasciano mi pare alle 10:30... forse è a mo di sveglia per i clienti... fastidiosissimo e non ho un particolare odio per la suddette cantante, anche se non è il mio genere). Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con le valigie: gli abbiamo chiesto di tenercele, siamo tornati entro i tempi accordati, ma la ragazza era andata via in anticipo, così abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'oretta che arrivasse il ragazzo ad aprirci la porta... non un gran danno visto che ci stavano facendo un favore, ma eravamo molto stanchi e per via di ciò, ho perso il treno per tornare a casa.... quindi consiglio di tornare in LARGO anticipo o non lasciare le valigie. Comunque consigliatissimo, il ragazzo si è scusato mille volte, mortificato... e ripeto: doccia epica, i bagni sono bellissimi, pulitissimi e hanno omaggi per gli ospiti (quelli del bagno) mai visti altrove e comodissimi, come salviettine struccanti, cotton fioc e rasoi... bell'idea!

La signora alla reception gentilissima e molto disponibile per ogni problema o richiesta, la colazione a prezzo bassissimo ma con tutto il necessario (caffè, succo, cappuccino, biscotti, torta, fette biscottate e marmellata). La camera che ci è stata data è la più grande (25 metri quadrati), con cucina con lavello, pentole, bicchieri e fornello a induzione oltre alle tazze e al bollitore elettrico. Presente anche un terrazzo con tavolo e sedia, molto grande e con vista spettacolare dal quinto piano. Bagno enorme e con una doccia stupenda con cromoterapia (luce e musica) e molto grande (ci si sta comodamente in due). Presente tutto il necessario (lenzuola, coperte, cuscini, asciugamani, pettini, phon, bagnoschiuma, sapone, shampoo). Ottima la TV led presente in camera davanti al led in posizione molto comoda. Presente anche il condizionatore. Il tutto è nuovo e molto bello. Nota particolare anche per il materasso, davvero molto comodo. Consiglio al 100% il soggiorno in questa struttura, sia per la qualità della struttura e la gentilezza del personale, sia per l'ottima posizione (a due passi dal vaticano, mezz'ora di camminata per il centro, dieci minuti per la metro). Con poco più di 10€ andata in centro in taxi per chi volesse uscire la sera tardi oppure non volesse camminare. Si sentono i vicini perché i muri sono molto sottili, tuttavia durante il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto assolutamente problemi perché i vicini erano silenziosi. La doccia aveva un piccolo problemino con la temperatura dell'acqua ma la signora ci ha prontamente aiutati a risolvere.

Really nice, modern and clean but the walls were paper thin with banging throughout the nights, didn't sleep at all.

After landing in Rome and grabbing a taxi straight to the hotel, we arrived with our paid reservation confirmation for the next two nights in hand. At first, the man wouldn't buzz us in telling us he's all booked. So we snuck our way in and made it to the front door of this residence/"hotel" as we knew we did in fact have a reservation and clearly this guy's English wasn't very strong so perhaps he was confused. We knocked on the door and he hesitated to even let us in, once again telling us we didn't have a reservation. NOTE: We arrived to the hotel just before 8pm (we knew this would be the case bc of our flights and even requested a late check in) so I think he just thought we weren't coming and booked our room out to someone else. He made no apologies, no effort to make things right. Absolutely brutal introduction to Italy and to Rome. We ended up using the wifi to search for a new, last minute place to stay. Once thing I will say is that the walls are for sure paper thin and while searching for a new hotel we could literally hear everything everyone else in the "hotel" was doing. I'm glad this stay didn't work out! Overall review: keep searching fellow travellers. This place has bad service, the host hardly speaks English, and it's not even a nice place. This place gets zero stars from us!

Very friendly host. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Free breakfast. Free on Street parking. Shower was a little underwhelming and the safe in the room wasn't bolted to anything so could be easily stolen. Had a balcony, but could do with a clean (especially the flower pots full of cig ends)

The room is big and modern, with refrigerator, air conditioner and safe deposit box. The host is friendly and will prepare for you some nice cake, coffee and other small things for breakfast. He will wait for you at the place to give you the key and also to receive it at the end. The balcony is sheared so you have to keep in mind to close the door and window. For us the room was a little too noisy in the night because of the traffic. This was in August 2017.
