★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In fact the name of the place is “Vatican Luxury Suite”. The rooms are as well as reception are decorated with style. Location is good, if you have agreed appointment with Pope. Fifth star is missing, because of minor disorder in breakfast room and reception, malfunction of jacuzzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were kind of small, but it’s doable for two people. The sofa bed is pulled out for the third. The wifi is horrible, and sometimes the phone switches out to LTE automatically. But they had a jacuzzi in the bathroom so that’s nice. The room doesn’t look much like the photo, but still really nice. The lobby seems to be nonexistent, and we’re given keys to unlock the entire building. All in all, it seems more like we’re renting a room than staying in a hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager has been very helpful in accomodating all our requests and dealt with a couple of small issues immediately. Room is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Walking distance to St. Peter's railway station and a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Vatican, depending on your age. Fridge in the room and a supermarket across the road, 50 metres away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location for access to the Vatican and good for central Rome. The room we staid in was modern and actually somewhat "luxurious".
Staff are very helpful and friendly.
The only slight markdown is for the breakfast, which was very limited selection self service, great coffee though. Had some boiled eggs and cold cuts been available, it would have made a world of difference.
Still, recommended to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was very comfortable. Room was very clean and cozy. AC worked GREAT! Breakfast was simple choice of croissant and cappuccino. Small fridge in room to store drinks and snacks. Manager was very helpful in answering all our questions. Close to Vatican, train and bus station and there is also a 24hr food store across the street. Would definitely book again in future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL ATTITUDE! MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED DAYS BEFORE MY ARRIVAL FOR NO REASON! I HAD A CONFIRMATION AND EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT, UNTIL I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM BOOKING.COM THAT MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF A PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD. I CALLED MY BANK AND CHECKED, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH MY CARD, WHICH I USE DAILY. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE HOTEL, BUT I GOT NO REPLY FROM THEM. WHAT A SHAME!!! MY WHOLE VACATION WAS RUINED!
