Everything was incredibly great !!!! Since we arrived from Germany, the person who assisted us was the doorman "Martin", very kind helped us and answered many questions we had. The owner very friendly, always cordial and friendly, there you can communicate in English, Spanish and German, (by the way the girl of the owners speaks very well the German.) The rooms are very clean, they are almost new, all the photos you can see of this place are real, there is a clean room, it has a small fridge, a spacious closet, a very comfortable sofa, each room has its terrace, where you if you want you can have breakfast if you buy your own things, you have a very nice living room there you can have coffee at no cost. The location is very quiet, a few steps you can find the bus stop, very close there is a supermarket, tobacco shop. This place is highly recommended, for all who dessen to come to Rome and enjoy the wonders of here.

Everything was wonderful! The area is quiet, calm. Nearby there are places where to bite, a grocery store, stops from which you can get to the center, although you can walk and walk, everything is relatively close. The room itself is excellent, everything is clean! nice and comfortable, there is a working internet (wifi). In the bathroom (shower) were towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper, hairdryer. The room has a good wardrobe, table, chair, refrigerator, clean kettle, tea set, working air conditioning. Very comfortable big bed, clean! linens. Panoramic window-door to the common balcony, there were tables and chairs, in the evening it was nice to sit and relax. Each room was cleaned! The day, which in turn is a huge plus, is always a pleasure to return in the evening, and there it is clean and fresh. There was also a common kitchen where you could brew coffee, tea and just have breakfast. The owner is a very friendly man, he will always answer questions, help and tell you if you need anything (you can explain yourself on the "fingers" It seems that he has already dealt with people who don't know Italian or English?). His wife is pleasant, he knows Russian (for me, who knows neither English nor Italian, it was a gift from above), one can also ask questions that have arisen. Upon check in give all the numbers where you can call. Photos on the booking are true !! I recommend to all who wish to relax quietly and pleasantly, after a whole day of incredible impressions of a walk around Rome.
