★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been living in Italy for almost a year now and have never been treated as badly as here. Unprofessional, unfriendly and downright rude, although I met everyone with friendliness and tried my best Italian to make myself understood. Very irritating experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely area with good access to metro. Very calm and very safe and secure. Nice local hamburgueria too!
It's a bit hard to find though, so when you're on Via Aurelia look out for the red and with "ily" cafe sign; the gate to the complex that the Hospitality House is in is right next to it, and across the street from a fork in the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a walk and came back ten minutes before checkout. The nun working there more or less told me my stay had ended and I couldn't enter the room. Took me a while to explain I'm checking out at that time and just needed to get my luggage. She was quite rude telling me to leave right after I gave her the key.
Overall it's an okay place. Very nice clean room but some old nuns only spoke Italian and were quite difficult to communicate with. Food was subpar.
