★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cerca del centro de Roma (si no hubiera tanto tráfico) y muy bien comunicado. Las habitaciones, completamente nuevas, muy amplias y funcionales. La comida, muy mejorable, pero... Quien se preocupa por eso en Roma?
Very close to the center of Rome (if there was not so much traffic) and very well connected. The rooms, completely new, very spacious and functional. The food, much better, but ... Who cares about it in Rome?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos estuvimos hospedando casi diez días aquí y la experiencia fue de lo peor que he haya sufrido en ninguno de mis viajes.
No cambiaron ningún día las sábanas, tampoco limpiaron suelos ni baño. No cambiaron las toallas...
La comida fue sencillamente insultante; ninguna calidad, mal cocinado, y lo peor de todo: ninguna opción de elegir ni primeros, ni segundos ni postres... Si algo no te gustaba;, la alternativa era quedarse sin comer.
No hablaban ni español ni inglés...
No tenían ni siquiera cambio para poder tomar un café en la máquina...
El trato normal aunque lo más incomprensible fue sentir una sensación de despreocupación total por resolver ninguna incidencia.
Desde luego no volveré a hospedarme aquí en otra ocasión....
Fue un enorme error que no volverá a ocurrir.
We were staying here for almost ten days and the experience was the worst I have suffered on any of my trips.
They didn't change the sheets any day, nor did they clean floors or bathrooms. They didn't change the towels ...
The food was simply insulting; no quality, poorly cooked, and worst of all: no choice to choose neither first, nor second or desserts ... If you did not like something, the alternative was to stay without eating.
They didn't speak Spanish or English ...
They didn't even have change to be able to have coffee in the machine ...
The normal treatment although the most incomprehensible was to feel a feeling of total unconcern for resolving any incident.
Of course I will not stay here again.
It was a huge mistake that won't happen again.
