Il servizio accoglienza molto socievole e gentile, invece quando sono entrata, per l'appunto unica cliente il personale parlava e chattava al telefono non ho parole, nemmeno buongiorno.
Avendo bisogno di aiuto da parte loro mi sono veramente vergognata di essere entrata in questo negozio che nemmeno vieni considerato. Per chi lo dirige non penso sia persona da fare gestire un negozio perché potrebbe controllare le sue commesse per bene ha un personale scadente mai più in un posto del genere. Non per il grande marchio ma per il negozio al the Mall. Io spendo ma non per questo negozio!
A very disappointing place, for the big brand.
The reception service is very friendly and kind, but when I entered, the staff spoke and chatted on the phone, I have no words, not even good morning.
Needing help from them I was really ashamed to have entered this shop that you don't even consider. For those who manage it, I don't think he is a person to do to manage a shop because he could check his orders well he has poor staff never again in such a place. Not for the big brand but for the shop at the Mall. I spend but not for this shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The older lady working in here today could do with some customer service training. Appeared totally disinterested in helping me, preferring to instead lean against the wall and browse the internet on her phone. When I asked for help multiple times it always seemed like I was interrupting her. Could understand if it were busy in the store but I was literally the only customer.
Disappointing experience at such a prestigious brand. I wouldn’t buy anything on principle. Couldn’t wait to get out. ??
