★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprai una macchina 3 anni fa, al momento dell'acquisto mi dissero (stupido me, che non chiesi garanzia scritta) che la cinghia di distribuzione era già stata cambiata e che non dovevo preoccuparmi di nulla. Ovviamente non lo era stata di conseguenza mi son trovato a doverla cambiare io.
Ora che sono intenzionato a cambiare automobile, di certo non mi fornirò più da loro
I bought a car 3 years ago, at the time of purchase they told me (stupid me, that I didn't ask for a written guarantee) that the timing belt had already been changed and that I didn't have to worry about anything. Obviously it was not so I found myself having to change it myself.
Now that I'm willing to change cars, I'm certainly not going to supply them anymore

Cose che capitano, se non fosse che la commerciale di riferimento si è dimostrata di una maleducazione e di un'incompentenza mai viste, tanto da arrivare a discutere. Due stelle e non una perché il resto dello staff è competente e gentile. Ovviamente non ci torneremo.
Bad experience. Purchased km0 car that after a few days leaves us on foot due to a factory error. Things that happen, if it were not that the reference commercial has proven to be a rudeness and incompetence never seen, so much so as to get to discuss. Two stars and not one because the rest of the staff is competent and kind. Obviously we won't be back.
