★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’atteggiamento coi clienti lascia molto a desiderare. Per avere il mobile, prima che iniziasse la quarantena, ho dovuto fare mille chiamate al centralino perché tutti i rivenditori non c’erano più e non erano nemmeno raggiungibili per email. Tra l’altro il mobile era arrivato molto tempo prima e non ero stata nemmeno avvisata, stessa cosa per la vasca da bagno. Fortunatamente il magazzino è stato davvero cordiale e disponibile a farci recapitare il mobile.
Non lo consiglio come negozio solo per l’atteggiamento.
 Attitude with customers leaves a lot to be desired. To get the mobile, before the quarantine began, I had to make a thousand calls to the switchboard because all the dealers were gone and they were not even reachable by email. Among other things, the furniture had arrived a long time ago and I had not even been notified, same thing for the bathtub. Fortunately, the warehouse was really friendly and willing to have the furniture delivered to us.
I don't recommend it as a shop just for the attitude.

Purtroppo successivamente alla vendita è stato impossibile contattare telefonicamente la venditrice. è un peccato che nonostante la buona qualità di vendita il cliente venga "abbandonato" senza un riferimento diretto con l'azienda.

Massima puntualità nel rispettare i tempi di consegna, la consiglio.

Per la ristrutturazione del mio bagno ho acquistato materiali e arredo bagno presso Saccaria di Bologna.
I centri commerciali offrono sicuramente materiali a prezzi piu' convenienti,ma la qualita' e i tempi di consegna non sono certo paragonabili..
Un ringraziamento particolare va alla signora Regina che mi ha seguita con pazienza, gentilezza ed ha saputo consigliarmi in maniera impeccabile..pienamente soddisfatta!

For the renovation of my bathroom I bought materials and bathroom furniture at Saccaria in Bologna.
Shopping centers certainly offer materials at cheaper prices, but the quality and delivery times are certainly not comparable.
A special thanks goes to Mrs. Regina who followed me with patience, kindness and was able to advise me in an impeccable way .. fully satisfied!
Highly recommended!
