Tapas paella e molto altro in un ambiente non enorme ma ampio. Courteous and trained staff to explain dishes and meet customers. Good truth of typical Spanish products. Tapas paella and much more in an environment that is not huge but large.

Assolutamente da prendere l'albero di salamini con la maionese all'aglio fatta in casa mentre si aspetta che sia pronta la paella (una mezz'ora circa ma è normale visto che la fanno al momento). Molto buona anche la selezione delle bevande e tantissime birre. One of the very few places in Milan where you can taste a real Paella. Very kind waiters, very nice and quiet place, great for families. Absolutely to take the salami tree with homemade garlic mayonnaise while waiting for the paella to be ready (about half an hour but it's normal since they make it at the moment). The selection of drinks and lots of beers are also very good.

Ma ovviamente il menù offre altri piatti catalani, motivo in più per tornare! ??? The paella de marisco is very good but also the sangria, tortilla, cod fritters, octopus, parra of salami, churros with chocolate cream and creme brulee! But of course the menu offers other Catalan dishes, which is all the more reason to come back! ???

Il locale è accogliente, magari non molto arredato, pensavamo di trovare più riferimenti alla regione catalana ma comunque nella sua semplicità rimane carino e leggero. In sottofondo senza essere troppo fastidiosi continuano a girare "dischi" di musica latino americana, da noi molto apprezzati. Le norme anti covid sono rispettate sia per i controlli all'ingresso del green pass, l'uso della mascherina, disinfettante, ecc... che per il buon distanziamento tra i tavoli. Il ristorante anche se è pieno e nonostante i tavoli siano tutti posizionati in un'unica grande sala, grazie alla profondità in altezza del locale, non veniamo disturbati dal vociare dei tavoli vicini e possiamo parlare tranquillamente tra di noi, molto bene! Tra le cose tutte molto buone del menù del cofanetto, spicca una gustosa e abbondante paella mista che ci ha soddisfatto e riempito molto. Buono e fresco sia il vino bianco che la sangria bianca (mai bevuta prima). Personale attento e disponibile con servizio sempre con i tempi giusti tra una portata e l'altra. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e vedremo di ritornare per assaggiare qualche altro piatto dal menù catalano. First time at Sabor Catalán discovered thanks to the Emozione 3 box. The place is welcoming, perhaps not very furnished, we thought we would find more references to the Catalan region but in its simplicity it remains nice and light. In the background, without being too annoying, they continue to play "records" of Latin American music, much appreciated by us. The anti-covid rules are respected both for the checks at the entrance to the green pass, the use of the mask, disinfectant, etc ... and for the good spacing between the tables. The restaurant, even if it is full and despite the tables are all positioned in one large room, thanks to the depth of the room, we are not disturbed by the shouting of the neighboring tables and we can talk quietly among ourselves, very well! Among the very good things on the box menu, a tasty and abundant mixed paella stands out, which satisfied us and filled us a lot. Both white wine and white sangria (never drunk before) are good and fresh. Attentive and helpful staff with service always with the right times between courses. We found ourselves very well and will try to return to try some other dishes from the Catalan menu.

Abbiamo scelto questo locale tra tanti proposti nella smart box, e devo dire che siamo stati molto soddisfatti! Il menu comprendeva patatas bravas, frittelle di baccalà, tortilla spagnola (non sapevo fosse una frittata con patare e cipolle) e paella mista, devo dire tutto ottimo e sfizioso, diverso dal solito! Abbiamo provato la sangria bianca, non l'avevo mai bevuta.. buona! E buono anche il tiramisù e la torta alle mandorle. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza del personale, il servizio con i giusti tempi , senza fretta ma senza troppa attesa, l'atmosfera rilassata con sottofondo di musica latina, ci hanno permesso di gustarci veramente il menu e la serata!
