Il tagliere è strepitoso per la sua ricchezza e varietà e sorprende per le sue dimensioni. I salumi valdostani sono tutti prodotti selezionati. I formaggi freschi e stagionati sono accompagnati da gustose composte e si possono abbinare a calici di ottimo vino. Il gorgonzola è di una cremosita' è di un sapore delizioso. Le bruschette con paté di olive nere sono molto saporite. La carta dei vini è abbastanza fornita. Salumi e formaggi sono proposti insieme allo gnocco fritto, realizzato in modo impeccabile, Non presenta la minima traccia di unto, ha un colore ambrato e un' ottima consistenza. Anche le pizze di gusti diversi sono ottime. La prossima volta cercherò di sperimentare i piatti proposti dal ristorante. Per le festività natalizie è proposto un menù con un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. A cena è consigliabile prenotare. É possibile anche l' asporto. Fresh and aged cheeses are accompanied by tasty compotes and can be paired with glasses of excellent wine. Gorgonzola is creamy and delicious in flavor. The bruschetta with black olive paté are very tasty. The wine list is quite well stocked. Cured meats and cheeses are offered together with the fried gnocco, made in an impeccable way. Personale gentile, disponibile e simpatico. Il locale è arredato in modo rustico ma di buon gusto. Lo gnocco fritto è servito di piccole dimensioni e piuttosto croccante, secondo il mio personale gusto lo preferisco più grande e più morbido. I taglieri di Salumi e formaggi invece sono presentati bene e abbondanti. Buona la qualità delle pietanze. Ottimi i primi, giusta la quantità e ottimo l'impiattamento. Originale e degno di nota il risotto al lambrusco servito il una bottiglia tagliata. The restaurant is furnished in a rustic but tasteful way. The fried dumpling is served small and rather crunchy, according to my personal taste I prefer it bigger and softer. The platters of cold cuts and cheeses, on the other hand, are well presented and abundant. The quality of the dishes is good. The first courses are excellent, the quantity is right and the dish is excellent. Original and noteworthy is the lambrusco risotto served in a cut bottle.
