★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo il servizio di ripartizione della fattura dell'acquedotto, sistema di conteggi eccellente, ho pagato l'acqua nella giusta fascia di competenza. L'amministratore mi aveva chiesto acqua in T5, mentre l'acquedotto si era fermato alla T2, la SILCA ha fatto il giusto conteggio.

Incompetenti, costosi, non professionali e se telefoni per chiedere una spiegazione una signora verbalmente abusiva invece di dare spiegazioni ti aggredisce urlando e ti offende, ho dovuto subire due volte questa esperienza. Considerando che sono anche i più cari, veramente da evitare.
I give a star because I can't give zero. Incompetent, expensive, unprofessional and if you call for an explanation a verbally abusive lady instead of giving explanations attacks you screaming and offends you, I had to go through this experience twice. Considering that they are also the most expensive, really to be avoided.
