★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bad reviews about this place are a bit unfair. At least in 2018 they are. I've used this station couple of times with my family, always found helpful staff on site, speaking good english (compensating for my bad italian), always felt secure and easily found all necessary information about departures. For those giving one star for litter etc. - did you also gave one star to every single place in Napoli? You should if you're consistent cause there are hardly better...
