★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo...portato a riparare un finale (coperto da assicurazione causa fulmine) il titolare ha fatto un preventivo senza assicurarsi che il finale sia funzionante...dopo mesi e ripeto mesi di attesa rimandando di settimana in settimana con scuse banali...alla fine dopo mesi mi ha detto che il finale dopo essere stato riparato si è bruciato...dicendomi che : Io le mani non c'è le metto più altrimenti ci rimetto soldi...questa è stata la sua risposta ....non si è neanche preoccupato di spedire il finale a riparare in audiogamma..morale della favola se ne è lavato le mani ...io ho dovuto farlo portare in audiogamma e aggiungere dei soldi per far riparare il danno di questo "riparatore"
Inoltre al momento della consegna ho chiesto più volte e mi sono raccomandato se fosse in grado di ripararlo e che ero coperto da assicurazione....incompetenza ai massimi livelli

Siamo andati a riprenderlo per nostra decisione e portato ad un vero centro assistenza che ha trovato il guasto in un semplice relè.. E tra l'altro mancavano un sacco di viti

E da sempre si dedica con passione ed estrema competenza all’elettronica.
Questa volta ha fatto davvero una magia: è riuscito a riportare ai fasti di un tempo un piatto Panta Revac di 35 anni fa.
Sostituito componenti della scheda, tarato nell’uscita, ricablato il braccio e bilanciato, corretto il fine corsa di stop e rientro automatico.
Un lavoro straordinario che ha portato via non poco tempo.
Nonostante questo, riconsegnato nel giro di 5 giorni, con un riconoscimento economico inferiore alla più economica puntina in commercio!
Nel ringraziarlo del lavoro egregio, consiglio a tutti gli appassionati di hifi di fare un salto nel suo bunker: vi aspettano sorprese graditissime di un usato garantito e a prezzi incredibili.

An extraordinary job that took a lot of time.
Despite this, returned within 5 days, with an economic recognition lower than the cheapest stylus on the market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un laboratorio (un antro, si direbbe) come pochi rimasti, tutt'altro che asettico. Però... qui è il risultato che conta! Stefano dimostra una grande capacità tecnica, non disgiunta dal ricercare il risultato (la riparazione) attraverso il percorso più ottimizzato. Non ingigantisce i problemi, al contrario, li rende risolvibili. La mia esperienza, e quella di alcune persone che conosco, è totalmente positiva, anche sul versante prezzo.
A laboratory (a cave, one would say) like a few others, far from being aseptic. But ... here is the result that counts! Stefano demonstrates a great technical ability, not separated from the search for the result (the repair) through the most optimized path. It does not magnify problems, on the contrary, it makes them solvable. My experience, and that of some people I know, is totally positive, even on the price side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il sig. Stefano, circa un anno fa, mi ha riparato un preamplificatore vtl 5.5 phono di discreto valore (circa ottomila euro) sostituendo uno stabilizzatore di tensione LM340. In questi giorni l'apparecchio ha manifestato di nuovo gli stessi sintomi di assenza di segnale in uscita. Smontandolo, con mia enorme incredulità, ho constatato che il sig. Stefano ha sostituito lo stabilizzatore senza smontare la scheda dell'apparecchio, limitandosi a tagliare i piedini dello stabilizzatore e saldarci sopra uno nuovo. Avrei gradito essere avvertito della soluzione da "ciabattino", che certo avrei rifiutato e, soprattutto, trovo sconcertante che mi abbia chiesto per la riparazione duecento euro per un lavoro di diagnosi e riparazione che non richiede più di un'ora di attenzione e che avrei certo fatto meglio io di persona. Mi spiace parlare male degli altri ma credo che il sig. Stefano si sia qualificato malissimo: incapace e rapace.

Disassembling it, to my enormous disbelief, I found that Mr. Stefano replaced the stabilizer without removing the device board, just cutting the stabilizer feet and soldering a new one on top. I would have liked to have been warned of the "cobbler" solution, which I certainly would have refused and, above all, I find it disconcerting that he asked me for the repair of two hundred euros for a diagnosis and repair work that does not require more than an hour of attention and that I would have certainly I did better in person. I'm sorry to speak ill of others but I believe that Mr. Stefano qualified very badly: incapable and rapacious.
