β β β β β The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, no problems with parking. The breakfast was great considering the price. Hotel location was a short walk from train station where Venice could be reached by train in half an hour.

β β β β β Very clean, very reasonable price, helpful staff. Not fancy but good continental breakfast (only 3euro). Close to the train station (10 minutes shaded walk) free parking. Appears to be part of a community center (a holiday play scheme was running downstairs). Made a great base for visiting Venice and Padua without any driving.

β β β β β Nice location close to the train station, nice staff and great rooms. unfortunately it can be hard go sleep at night because of the other guests making alot of noise and in the morning time the kids outside will be very loud during to the very thin walls.

The receptionist was extremely helpful.
The rooms are spacious and clean although the mattresses were quite hard.
There is breakfast available for an extra 4β¬ per person, which is nothing crazy, but very much worth it.
You have A/C and WiFi which, for this price, is not always a given.

β β β β β Lovely receptionist and comfortable and clean room. It's near the train station and it's pretty easy to find too ? The staff is ready to help with every problem and the breakfast was good ?? There is also a terrace for smokers so you don't have to go outside of the hotel. The reception closes at night but it's not a big deal since they explain everything beforehand and in case of emergency there is a number that you can all. Oh, and wifi works perfectly ??

β β β β β DO NOT be put off by the rather austere external appearance of this hotel, it belies how good it is inside. The room was a good size, modern, clean and comfortable with plenty of storage and good WiFi. The bathroom was a good size and also offered plenty of cabinet space for your toiletries and a good shower. There's free, off-road parking and a lift (handy if, like me, you've too much luggage!) The train station is only a 10 minute walk away and the centre of Padua about 20 minutes. The lady on Reception was very welcoming and informative. The only small negative I have is there's a Church almost next door and, whilst beautiful, its bells were a nuisance. This is not a criticism, more an observation I merely flag up for other light sleepers. A really nice accommodation.

β β β β β On our arrival we asked to stay for one more night. They reserved us a room in the same place and we needed to pay for that room in advance. The next day they knock on our door and said that they don't have a free room for that night and they wanted to put us in other rooms that are to far away from city centre. We didn't accept it and we asked for refund but they didn't want to give us a refund, only a voucher. Very bad accommodation policy in this place. Location of the accommodation is in the most dangerous part of Padua so price is to much.
Smell in the bathroom is unbearable.
Room was clean.
