★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per sapere se era disponibile la scheda di una lavastoviglie, l'impiagata dopo aver verificato il codice mi ha assicurato che si poteva ordinare, dopodiché hanno mandato un tecnico (gentile) che ha detto che la scheda non la facevano più. Tutto ciò per prendere 30 euro di diritto di chiamata? Mi è sembrato un comportamento o incompetente o molto scorretto.
I called to find out if a dishwasher card was available, the employee after checking the code assured me that it could be ordered, after which they sent a (kind) technician who said that they no longer made the card. Anything to get 30 euros of call right? It seemed to me to be either incompetent or very incorrect behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I call this local service company looking for assistance on my top of line bosch fridge. That appliace cost me a fortune and during the five years of service had many problems, starting orribile temperature control, continue defrost needs ( in summer one each month) water leaks, bad smell...Unfortunately last time the proposed appointment with the technician was too far in time and I prefer to buy anorher fridge somewhere else.
I enjoyed also lot of problems with my bosch drill that need to be repaired (make smoke while drilling) but after this experience I thik I'll buy another new. And for shure I'll never buy bosch anymore. .
