★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indubbia la cortesia del personale, ma sono rimasto molto deluso dai tempi di risposta e dal lavoro svolto.
Resto in attesa di una revisione ad un'impianto di purificazione da circa 3 mesi, rimandando di settimana in settimana.
Ho dovuto telefonare diverse volte e puntualmente mi è stato chiesto di lasciare il mio numero.
Nel rimuovere l'impianto da revisionare (rimozione ottenuta in sole 4 settimane) mi è stato lasciato un tubo dell'acqua aperto con conseguente allagamento in casa.
La preoccupazione del personale a tal proposito è stata zero.
Fiducioso che fosse solo una coincidenza li ho contattati per un problema al sistema di riscaldamento SHARP da loro installato che non funzionava agli inizi di Novembre e non funziona nemmeno tutt'ora.
Davvero pessimo l'approccio nei confronti di un nuovo cliente da poco trasferito a Salerno.
Undoubtedly the courtesy of the staff, but I was very disappointed by the response times and the work done.
I have been waiting for a review to a purification plant for about 3 months, postponing week by week.
I had to call several times and I was promptly asked to leave my number.
When removing the system to be overhauled (removal obtained in just 4 weeks) I was left with an open water pipe with consequent flooding in the house.
The concern of the staff in this regard was zero.
Confident that it was just a coincidence, I contacted them about a problem with the SHARP heating system they installed which did not work at the beginning of November and does not work even now.
The approach towards a new customer who recently moved to Salerno is really bad.
