Ho una lavasciuga AEG che non asciuga, hanno ipotizzato probabile problema alla pompa di calore.
Ho contattato expert perché tramite loro avevo l'estensione della garanzia e mi hanno dato il numero della assistenza dopo aver attivato la pratica. Al numero non rispondono mai e quell'unica volta che hanno risposto hanno detto che il pezzo era stato richiesto e quindi la settimana successiva lo avrebbero sostituito... Questo due settimane fa.
Sto valutando quindi l'acquisto di una nuova asciugatrice ovviamente non acquisterò più aeg ne marche collegate a questo circuito di assistenza.
Not optimal experience.
I have an AEG washer-dryer that does not dry, they hypothesized a probable problem with the heat pump.
I contacted expert because I had the extended warranty through them and they gave me the assistance number after activating the practice. They never answer the number and that one time they answered they said that the piece had been requested and therefore the following week they would replace it ... This two weeks ago.
I am therefore evaluating the purchase of a new dryer, obviously I will no longer buy aeg or brands connected to this assistance circuit.

Sono carissimi e poco professionali. È il classico esempio del ciuccio presuntuoso che fa di tutto per far capire la differenza tra il sud incivile e il nord educato ed efficiente. Cafoni
Not serious people. They almost never answer and when they do they decide the strangest days and times because they safeguard their comfortable pigs by not caring about customers. They are very expensive and unprofessional. It is the classic example of the presumptuous pacifier who goes out of his way to make people understand the difference between the uncivilized south and the polite and efficient north. Cafoni
