★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una pessima esperienza con questo negozio. Avevo portato una singer comprata online e sono stata rimproverata dalla Signora di non aver acquistato in negozio. Quando mi ha restituito la singer dopo averla "messa a posto" ho dovuto rivolgermi ad un altro rivenditore perché era stata consegnata con la leva del piedino premistoffa non registrata, non si alzava.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this shop. I had brought a singer bought online and I was reproached by the Lady for not having bought in the store. When he returned the singer to me after having "put it in place" I had to go to another dealer because it was delivered with the presser foot lever not registered, it did not go up.

La signora del negozio mi ha mostrato con pazienza il funzionamento sia della ricamatrice sia della tagliacuci. In seguito sono tornata e ho seguito delle lezioni per imparare a ricamare e adesso posso dire di essere davvero soddisfatta del mio acquisto!
Consiglierò questo centro a tutte le persone che come me hanno una passione per il cucito.
I bought a Husqvarna Jade 35 machine, a beautiful embroiderer at a great price with a Singer overlocker for free. The lady from the shop patiently showed me how both the embroiderer and the overlock machine work. Later I came back and took lessons to learn how to embroider and now I can say that I am really satisfied with my purchase!
I will recommend this center to all people who like me have a passion for sewing.
