★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un letto da una piazza e mezza con contenitore. Il negozio si presenta subito bene, luminoso e con ampia scelta. I commessi gentilissimi mi hanno dato tutto il tempo di scegliere letto e materasso. Molto bene anche per i tempi di consegna e il montaggio del letto.
I bought a queen size bed with storage. The shop immediately looks good, bright and with a wide choice. The very kind shop assistants gave me plenty of time to choose the bed and mattress. Very good also for the delivery times and the assembly of the bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in tre negozi Ruega, in via Appia, in viale Marconi e in Largo Trionfale, e devo ammettere che, in tutti e tre ho trovato persone professionali, competenti, e anche simpatiche, pronti a consigliare o sconsigliare secondo la loro esperienza nell'interesse del cliente oltre agli ottimi prodotti con prezzi onesti. Ne sono certa perché sette anni fa acquistai da loro un materasso, prodotto da loro, il famoso Nuvola, con il quale, malgrado i miei problemi sono riuscita a riposare in maniera ottima. Ancora oggi dopo tanto tempo sembra appena uscito dal negozio.
I have been to three Ruega shops, in via Appia, in viale Marconi and in Largo Trionfale, and I must admit that, in all three I have found professional, competent, and also nice people, ready to advise or advise according to their experience in customer interest as well as excellent products with fair prices. I am sure of it because seven years ago I purchased from them a mattress, produced by them, the famous Nuvola, with which, despite my problems, I managed to rest in an excellent way. Even today after a long time he seems to have just left the shop.

Giorgio il ragazzo che mi ha servita gentile e preparato, in pochi minuti e con poche domande ha capito subito la tipologia di materasso che cercavo. Certo la qualita' si paga ma il materasso che ho acquistato è eccezionale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è tutto, ma proprio tutto. Prezzi competitivi e superprofessionalita' . Chiara e Giorgio esaudienti come pochi sanno essere. Spiegano tutto, veramente tutto ciò che serve sapere per affrontare un acquisto importante come è un materasso, un letto, un cuscino. Dove insomma, trascorriamo quasi metà della vita!

Con i loro consigli la scelta del materasso è stata quella perfetta e, a mio avviso, c'è anche da considerare un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sono rimasto entusiasta e non mi rimane che ringraziarli.

Mi ha sorpreso molto la professionalità, la cordialità e pazienza del responsabile. Con molta gentilezza e serietà ha saputo guidarmi nell'acquisto di un nuovo materasso e di nuovi cuscini. Materasso consegnato e molto soddisfatto. Buoni anche i prezzi. Consiglio vivamente.
