I asked for information in this agency by telephone, and after a few days I received an accurate answer full of common sense, the staff are really smart, prepared and kind .... it is not obvious to always find such serious staff.

In viaggio di nozze, avendo noi richiesto esplicitamente di andare in una zona dove il mare fosse molto bello, ci hanno mandato a Tulum (Messico) a Giugno, non sapendo che da tre anni a questa parte tutta la Riviera Maya è infestata dalle alghe da Febbraio ad Agosto, cosa facilmente verificabile cercando su Google o TripAdvisor.
In loco non ci è stata fornita nessun tipo di assistenza dal tour operator, anche se immediatamente richiesta all'agenzia.
Ci avevano promesso un rimborso del periodo mare, ma poi si sono rimangiati la cosa dicendo che era un fenomeno naturale e proponendo a compensazione un paio di biglietti aerei nazionali in bassa stagione da prenotare almeno 3 mesi prima (per un valore simbolico di 100 euro).
Un’agenzia che mostra delle foto spettacolari da catalogo e che non è aggiornata sull’effettiva situazione del luogo in cui ti manda è dal mio punto di vista inutile, anzi peggio che organizzarsi un viaggio fai da te consultando TripAdvisor.
Se poi ammette l’errore e poi si rimangia la parola, perde ancora di più la mia stima. Sconsigliatissima.
Bad agency, supported by a very bad tour operator (Volonline).
On our honeymoon, having explicitly asked us to go to an area where the sea was very beautiful, they sent us to Tulum (Mexico) in June, not knowing that for three years now the whole Riviera Maya has been infested with algae from February to August, which can be easily verified by searching on Google or TripAdvisor.
No assistance from the tour operator was provided on site, even if immediately requested by the agency.
They promised us a reimbursement of the sea period, but then they renounced the thing saying it was a natural phenomenon and proposing to compensate a pair of domestic air tickets in the off season to be booked at least 3 months before (for a symbolic value of 100 euros) .
An agency that shows spectacular photos from the catalog and that is not updated on the actual situation of the place where it sends you is from my point of view useless, even worse than organizing a trip do it yourself by consulting TripAdvisor.
If then he admits the mistake and then he gets the word out, he loses my esteem even more. Sconsigliatissima.
