★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In giornata sono passata per prenotare due semplici biglietti per un viaggio che alla fine mi sono prenotata per conto mio per forza di cose, dopo che per 45 minuti sono rimasta lì ad attendere se l'operatore riuscisse o meno a fare questa prenotazione, mi sono sentita dire " non so cosa farci". Il tutto con molta leggerezza, superficialità e menefreghismo anche, con poca trasparenza. Il cliente se si sente dire " signora purtroppo abbiamo un problema, non riesco per problemi" non si offende, ma apprezza, anziché rimanere tutto quel tempo là,per niente.
Non tornerò più.
During the day I went to book two simple tickets for a trip that I eventually booked on my own by force of things, after for 45 minutes I was there waiting for the operator to make this reservation or not, I went heard "I don't know what to do about it". All with a lot of lightness, superficiality and indifference also, with little transparency.
