I love the semi-permanent that aquisto in quantity! The girls ; even in other cities that are not my own I ask for advice they give me the right one in my favor. Mi sono sempre rifornito da loro e mi sono trovato bene, prodotti a buon prezzo e consegna nei tempi previsti.
Ma al primo problema, prodotti rotti e danneggiati, la risposta dal centralino è stata quella di aggiustarmi perché non si poteva sapere per quale motivo fossero danneggiati.
Diciamo che una risposta simile da parte del servizio clienti di una società ancora presente sul mercato nel 2019 non è delle più aspettate.

But at the first problem, broken and damaged products, the response from the switchboard was to fix me because you could not know why they were damaged.
Let's say that a similar response from the customer service department of a company still present on the market in 2019 is not the most awaited.
