Nice shop, well stocked and tidy. The staff is welcoming, polite and very knowledgeable. The prices are very affordable and the products of quality. I bought a wonderful more (professional) range steamer to give to my wife for only 165 € instead of 210.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decisamente una profumeria superiore a molte altre. Prodotti professionali d'altissima qualita' ma sopratutto un'attenzione verso il cliente davvero straordinaria. Si viene consigliati/guidati per ogni singolo prodotto di cui vengono spiegate le caratteristiche capillarmente. E non per ragioni puramente commerciali: in un paio di casi ero indeciso su cosa meglio poteva adattarsi alle mie esigenze e la scelta consigliata e' stata per un prodotto finale che non era certo il piu' caro. Ottimo risultato. Senz'altro un servizio eccellente. Bravi!
Definitely a perfumery superior to many others. Professional products of the highest quality but above all a truly extraordinary attention to the customer. We are advised / guided for each individual product whose characteristics are explained widely. And not for purely commercial reasons: in a couple of cases I was undecided on what could best suit my needs and the recommended choice was for a final product that was certainly not the most expensive. Excellent result. Definitely excellent service. Bravi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto un ordine più di una settimana, ho chiesto con URGENZA di ricevere i prodotti in giornata mi aveva garantito che alle 9.30 sarebbe arrivato il fattorino, abbiamo chiamato 7 volte e la riposta era sempre la stessa: STIAMO LAVORANDO PER IL SUO ORDINE TRA POCO ARRIVA!
Sono le 16.00 e ancora nulla questa è la prima e ultima volta che ordino in questo fornitore nonostante ben fornito! Pessima scelta.
Pe: le consiglio di assumere un'altro fattorino se n on la soddisfa di questo passo perdera molta clientela

It's 4pm and still nothing this is the first and last time I order from this supplier despite being well stocked! Bad choice.

Il problema è stata lamancanza di professionalità che di conseguenza porta la perdita per loro di una vendita e di una vliente! Avevo chiesto informazioni per un prodotto . Non c'era! Bisognava quindi ordinarlo . Il sabato ho lasciato loro il mio numero di telefono e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero chiamato il lunedì, non appena avrebbero avuto la certezza anche del costo di ciò che volevo prendere. Ho atteso tutta la giornata invano!Into alle 18:00 ho chiamato e mi ha risposto una ragazza. Mi ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamato dopo 10 minuti! Sono passate altre 12 h , ma tutto tace! Questa si chiama mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente e soprattutto verso la persona, io!

It was therefore necessary to order it. On Saturday I left them my phone number and they told me they would call me on Monday, as soon as they were sure of the cost of what I wanted to take. I waited all day in vain! Into at 18:00 I called and a girl answered. He told me he would call me back in 10 minutes! Another 12 hours have passed, but everything is silent! This is called disrespect towards the customer and above all towards the person, me!
