Il personale è professionale e cortesissimo, sempre pronto a risolvere problemi e dubbi. Quando si entra in farmacia si ha sempre l’impressione di essere VISTI, di avere un identità, un volto, di essere “persone” e non codici fiscali (contrariamente a quanto spesso sperimentato). Inoltre sono ammirata per i servizi offerti (ordini via whatsapp, consegne domiciliari, etc), al passo con le tecnologie e con i tempi. Condizioni ancora rare da trovare!!! Bravi! Al momento sono, nonostante accordi presi direttamente al momento del test, in attesa da 14 ore con tre solleciti telefonici per ottenere il mio green pass con codice QR via email, ma niente. Chissà quando me lo mandano. Vendere un tampone rapido senza appuntamento - con un carnet di appuntamenti pieno - è disumano. Meglio non farlo!!!! … Sono stato un’ora in fila e sempre allo stesso punto, al freddo con una bambina di 4 anni, prima di andarmene. Ma veramente??? Unfortunately I join the horrible reviews on the quick swabs front. Selling a quick tampon without an appointment - with a full appointment book - is inhumane. Better not do it !!!! ... La prenotazione dei tamponi Attraverso la app ti permette di non attendere a lungo il tuo turno - massimo 5 minuti davvero. Inoltre il personale è sempre molto gentile: ho avuto modo di chiedere più di una volta un tampone in macchina per mio marito disabile - come drive in - e non ho mai avuto una risposta scortese ne’ negativa. La domenica è aperta solo una volta al mese. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici linee autobus quali 83, 88 38, 80 e poco distante dalla metropolitana linea b1 fermata piazza annibaliano. Personale gentile e molto disponibile, vasta scelta di prodotti anche per la cura del corpo. Al momento fanno anche i tamponi covid. Nella farmacia è presente un defibrillatore .
