Di una tale cattiveria, ho chiesto una tinta (che ovviamente non aveva e che insisteva nel dire che per me non andava bene) e mi ha risposto a mo' di presa per i fondelli, tra l'altro facendo ridere di me le altre clienti. Ovviamente sono andata via umiliata e senza sognarmi di prendere gli altri prodotti di cui necessitavo. Se c'è un modo per non far clienti e far parlare male di se l'hanno azzeccato in pieno. Mi guardo intorno ed aspetto il siparietto di siete su scherzi a parte! Ma sono o no in un negozio di forniture per parrucchieri e prodotti per la cura dei capelli!?! Faccio acquisti per euro 60,00 ed alla mia richiesta di una confezione regalo mi risponde che hanno solo la loro bustina di carta che può chiudere con gli adesivi. Va bene e lei cosa fa? La passa sul lettore cassa: costo 0,20 centesimi! Ovviamente nemmeno un campione regalo di qualsiasi prodotto. Andate ovunque, Via Appia, Via Merulana, Viale Adriatico perché i prodotti sono ottimi, ma evitate Via Collatina!!! Gestione pessima! Il negozio ha marche buonissime che non trovo altrove e i prezzi sono concorrenziali. Giorgia la rossa mi ha sempre consigliata al meglio e ha recentemente risolto un problema di capelli crespi che mi portavo dietro da almeno 3 anni! Sono addirittura tornata una seconda volta in pochi giorni per comprare alcuni prodotti che mi aveva consigliato coi campioncini. Un mio grazie speciale a lei che, nonostante il negozio sia spesso affollato (non mi stupisce vista la qualità dei prodotti e la cortesia), non manca mai di consigliarti al meglio. Eravamo in 6 in fila ieri, ognuna con le sue esigenze, e Giorgia ha consigliato al meglio ognuna di noi, sempre adattandosi alle esigenze—per chi necessita un consiglio veloce o chi, come me, ha bisogno di più spiegazioni.
