★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura, abbiamo lasciato mio padre per meno di due mesi , pagando 100 euro al giorno, dei servizi dichiarati non hanno fatto nulla. E' stato tenuto chiuso nei loro corridoi per tutto il periodo. È tornato a casa che era giallo perché non aveva visto la luce. Gli è stata modificata una terapia medica ma non sono stati in grado di spiegarci le motivazioni. Abbiamo chiesto cartella medica ma non ci è stata fornita, pur avendola richiesta più volte. Ci è stato detto che era seguito da un medico ma non è stato così perché avendo parlato con il sedicente medico non sapeva nemmeno chi fosse mio padre e non ci ha dato alcuna risposta sensata sulle sue condizioni e la motivazione del cambio terapia.
Bad structure, we left my father for less than two months, paying 100 euros a day, the declared services did nothing. It has been kept closed in their corridors throughout the period. He came home that was yellow because he hadn't seen the light. His medical treatment was modified but they were unable to explain the reasons. We asked for medical records but it was not provided, even though we had requested it several times. We were told that he was followed by a doctor but it was not so because having talked to the self-styled doctor he did not even know who my father was and he did not give us any sensible answer on his condition and the motivation for the change of therapy.
