La struttura è ben gestita e curata con presenza continua di OSS e di infermieri oltre che una direttrice responsabile (Neurologa) ed un medico. Disponibili sistemazioni in camera da 4 o da 2 posti. I prezzi mensili variano in funzione della sistemazione ed il livello di autosufficienza degli ospiti. La parte esterna a verde potrebbe essere maggiormente curata.
 Health residence for the elderly, even those who are not self-sufficient, approved by the Ministry with two different areas: one intended for guests sent by AUSL and the other for private guests. The structure is well managed and cared for with the continuous presence of OSS and nurses as well as a director responsible (Neurologist) and a doctor. Available accommodations in a room with 4 or 2 places. Monthly prices vary according to the accommodation and the level of self-sufficiency of the guests. The green exterior could be better cared for.
