R	Raf Sanjawan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 4-star hotel with great views of the sea and Castel Dell'ovo. The room is very spacious equipped with balcony, sofa, tv, internet, work desk and equipment for making coffee. The bathroom is also quite spacious with a large bathtub and mirror. Room services such as laundry and food delivery are also fast. Breakfast is located on the 10th floor which is the top floor of this hotel, so it is a perfect place to see the sea and castle views. The breakfast menu includes fruit salad, various kinds of bread and pancakes, boiled eggs and yogurt, but you can also order omelets. Especially for scrambeled eggs will be charged, because it is not included in the free breakfast menu, which is € 7.5. Another best part is in the morning and evening, while sitting on the balcony with your partner enjoying the fresh morning atmosphere and beautiful afternoon. There is also a swimming pool and fitness center in this hotel, and all of them are free.
R	Rahul Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of hotel was good. However everything inside the hotel was a joke. The room I stayed in room 914 was not cleaned on check in. There were open beer bottle caps, used towel behind the bathroom door. The shower tub did not drain and within two minutes of a shower, water was upto your ankles. The electric switch in the bathroom was falling apart and an electrical hazzard. There were cig buds in multiple corners of the room and balcony. When I confronted the front desk, they did not care. I showed them the photos and not even an apology or an option to change the room. It seemed as if I bothered her by bringing this to their attention. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Unfortunately had a slight issue with our first room but the staff were quick to correct this and even upgraded our room for us. Room service was brilliant and quick and the staff were always pleasant when walking past. First time in Italy and this hotel made the stay even better
l	liang y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a frustrating day for my family. For a frequent traveller, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My family and I have been travelling in Sicily for a week and booked high-end hotels in Catania, Palermo and Napoli using the same booking App. Other hotels provided excellent services. But there were some problems in checking in the Royal Continental Hotel because of the booking information. Instead of actively coordinating and helping us, the way the front desk staff handled the issue was full of arrogance and sounded like a manager reprimanding an employee, which really opened my eyes. When my husband expressed his displeasure, one staff yelled at my husband with a red face, causing my eight-year-old daughter to cry. She kept saying, “Mum, I don't like it here. I don't like the staff, they're horrible. Can we get out of here? ” If you want to spend the price of an excellent hotel to experience contempt, please choose this hotel.
M	Martin Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to call 8 times, 5 of those 8 times someone answered (was very rude) and hung up the phone after I asked about a suite. The 1 time the lady did pick up and didn’t hang up, she was so mean for no reason. I see all the great reviews about this place but I didn’t even want to risk giving it a chance after this customer service experience. If me and my wife were asking about the top room they have to book it and was treated like this, I couldn’t have imagined how we would’ve been treated if we were getting a standard room.
v	virginia I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I splurged and stayed in a terrace room on the 9th floor. Worth every penny. A bathtub AND balcony are my perfect pleasures. The view, for a room in a metro city, was the best in the world. It was expertly decorated and cleaned. All staff incredibly helpful. ( I tried to speak broken Italian and I think this helps) I added on an extra day - after a little confusion about availability with the front desk. Breakfast was fantastic. The room service was a bonus.

Wife and I booked their best room for our honeymoon and weren't disappointed. Service was outstanding and everything you would need for amenities. They speak English, so we had no trouble checking in or navigating the grounds.

Typically in Italy you pay for the location of the hotel, same in this case but the difference is the rooms are very nice, renovated and very comfortable. For sure there are improvement areas but overall very nice. If you get a room with balcony facing the sea then it will be a mesmerising stay. The breakfast spread is amazing with a great view, you will enjoy a lot.
