La signora Roberta è stata super professionale, disponibile, paziente e gentile nel mostrarmi le varie opzioni. Super consigliati As a first experience with them, we started immediately with 3 different bookings (one of which was particularly structured) in three different periods. Mrs. Roberta was super professional, helpful, patient and kind in showing me the various options. Super recommended

Ho provato varie agenzie ma la loro credo sia unica , sempre disponibili a qualsiasi orario e per qualsiasi evenienza . Avrei dato 10 stelle ma purtroppo il massimo è 5 ! A professionalism, a sympathy and a unique kindness. Roberto is able to understand any need and is a person who puts his heart into it. I have tried various agencies but their belief is unique, always available at any time and for any eventuality. I would have given 10 stars but unfortunately the maximum is 5!

Innanzitutto mi sono sempre sentita capita per quanto riguardava le mie esigenze. La disponibilità dei titolari è davvero impagabile, per fortuna non è mai stato necessario contattarli per problematiche durante il viaggio, ma ad ogni domanda mi hanno rassicurato con soluzioni o alternative. I have booked 4 trips over the last few years with Roviaggi and have always been satisfied with the experience. First of all, I have always felt understood regarding my needs. The availability of the owners is truly priceless, luckily it was never necessary to contact them for problems during the trip, but at every question they reassured me with solutions or alternatives. Purtroppo non sono potuto partire nonostante avessi comprato il viaggio, Roberto mi ha aiutato e guidato per risolvere il problema. Sono stato assistito da lui anche fuori dall'orario lavorativo. Assistenza davvero eccellente, tornerò da loro per prenotare il prossimo viaggio! I wanted to book a trip to Dubai, they managed to find the solution I needed in a short time.
