Abbiamo riscontrato problemi fin dall'inizio, quando abbiamo dovuto sollecitare caldamente per farci prenotare il volo prima che il prezzo aumentasse. I solleciti si sono dovuti ripetere per: gli aggiornamenti sulla lista nozze, le prenotazioni, le informazioni necessarie per il viaggio e i documenti di viaggio. Il tutto è arrivato sempre in ritardo, abbiamo avuto i documenti di viaggio a meno di una settimana dalla partenza. L'agenzia ha fornito un viaggio standard e non è stata in grado di gestire le piccole richieste specifiche del nostro viaggio, che richiedevano solo l'utilizzo di Google maps, un contatto diretto con gli alberghi o biglietti del treno. In questi casi abbiamo dovuto rimediare noi durante il viaggio. L'agenzia ha dimostrato di non essere in grado di gestire i corrispondenti in giappone e da a loro tutte le colpe degli errori e ritardi, come se non fossero suoi dipendenti e non fosse parte del suo lavoro quello di farli lavorare a dovere. Dato il costo del viaggio avevamo scelto questa agenzia, anche se non è tra le più economiche, sperando di avere un buon servizio. Questo non è successo, siamo rimasti molto delusi. In these cases we had to remedy ourselves during the trip. The agency has proven that it cannot handle correspondents in Japan and blames them for mistakes and delays, as if they were not its employees and it was not part of its job to make them work properly. Given the cost of the trip we had chosen this agency, even if it is not the cheapest, hoping to have a good service. This didn't happen, we were very disappointed.

Le abbiamo chiesto aiuto per delle proposte di viaggio a fine agosto e le ha cercate svogliatamente. Alla fine ci ha stampato due preventivi ma senza un minimo di spiegazione di ciò che comprendessero le due proposte. Ci siamo rivolti altrove dove abbiamo trovato persone più competenti e gentili disposte ad aiutarci nella maniera corretta. The lady we spoke to seemed rude from the start. Lo sconsiglio a tutti veramente incompetenti.
