I contacted them for a booking in New York and the employee (telephone) replied that now with the virus you shouldn't have to travel. They have lost a customer, they may have too many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentata di persona chiedendo un preventivo e mi è stato fatto...ho richiamato per poter prenotare e avere informazioni più dettagliate riguardo la vacanza che avevamo scelto e al telefono (3 settimane fa)avevano detto che avrebbero inviato di nuovo il preventivo ma più dettagliato...morale della favola siamo ancora in attesa...ovviamente abbiamo prenotato altrove.poca professionalità e poca voglia di lavorare.
I presented myself in person asking for a quote and it was done ... I called back to be able to book and get more detailed information about the holiday we had chosen and on the phone (3 weeks ago) they said they would send the quote again but more detailed ... moral of the story we are still waiting ... obviously we have booked elsewhere. little professionalism and little desire to work.
