Arrivato il mio turno sono stato salutato dall'addetto, prima del mio saluto.
L'addetto (YURI) è MOLTO COMPETENTE.
Le spiegazioni delle offerte vengono effettuate in modo chiaro e preciso.
Uniche due note negative, e quindi, da migliorare: l'addetto molto spesso non indossa la divisa, e i tempi di attesa di attesa, troppe volte, si protraggono più del dovuto diventando eccessivi.
Ottima la competenza dell' addetto, si vede che svolge il suo lavoro mettendoci il cuore.

L'ultima volta che sono andato al negozio mi trattato benissimo e hanno cercato con ogni mezzo di risolvere il mio problema, purtroppo però non è stato possibile per colpa della Wind stessa e non del negozio.
