La storia è curiosa: prenotiamo un pulmino 9 posti per partecipare a una gara nel centro Italia con largo anticipo e sembra andare tutto bene finché a pochi giorni dalla partenza, ci chiamano per segnarci che il mezzo è rimasto coinvolto in un incidente. Lo stesso giorno passiamo lì per caso e stranamente il furgone è intatto. Tuttavia la storia non si ferma qui perché quest'ultimo è stato affittato a un'altra società di atletica e lo abbiamo ritrovato nel parcheggio del campo gara. Politica? Convenienza economica? Chissà, sta di certo che una volta preso l'impegno verso un cliente sarebbe bene rispettare tale accordo o comunque farsi più furbi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo numerosi tentativi fatti utilizzando vari n umeri fissi ho ricevuto la soliita indicazione di digitare il tasto 1 se ecc. ecc. e successivamente, sempre lo stesso messaggio di Segreteria non disponibile perché piena. Ho provato a chiamare utilizzando un numero di telefonia mobile e, alla risposta, mi ê stato detto:"Siamo chiusi per tutta la settimana". Ma sul sito risulta "aperto". Allora, a parte il mancato aggiornamento del sito, oggigiorno cosa non secondaria, sarebbe stata cosa cortese rendere disponibile in segreteria telefonica almeno il messaggio " siamo chiusi" e non "digitare 1 se.. 2 se ecc. ecc. Si tratterà certamente di un disguido che mi preme segnalare alla Rova S.r.l. perché possa al più presto provvedere, visto che da tanti anni mi ha dato prova di correttezza, precisione, efficienza e puntualità.
