★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicembre: Finché non concludi sono gentili, dopo quando gli si presenta un problema, tendono a non farsi trovare, e a non rispondere neanche ai messaggi. Contattato il responsabile non si è neanche preoccupato di cosa avessi bisogno.(non si fatto trovare e non mi ha neanche richiamato).
Aggiornamento Gennaio:
Dopo le mie segnalazioni per mail e telefoniche si sono adoperati per risolvere il problema.
December: Until you finish they are kind, then when they have a problem, they tend not to be found, and not even respond to messages. Contacted the manager, he didn't even bother about what I needed. (He wasn't found and didn't even call me back).
January Update:
After my reports by e-mail and telephone, they tried to solve the problem.

Ho portato la mia auto per la sistemazione di un problema al cruscotto, la lavorazione è stata effettuata in malo modo e il problema persisteva, per non parlare dei danni interni recati all'auto (plastiche strisciate e sensore sfondato). Inoltre, la macchina è stata consegnata sporca, con impronte dei scarponi sui sedili in pelle. Una volta chiamato per segnalare i problemi mi è stato risposto con arroganza che la macchina era già arrivata in quelle condizioni. Non vi metterò mai più piede. Per un servizio più professionale vi consiglio di rivolgervi alla sede MAR-AUTO di Castelfranco.
Very disappointing Peugeot workshop, not at all professional. I took my car to fix a dashboard problem, the work was badly done and the problem persisted, not to mention the internal damage to the car (plastic streaked and broken sensor). Also, the car was delivered dirty, with boot prints on the leather seats. Once called to report the problems, I was arrogantly replied that the car had already arrived in those conditions. I will never set foot there again. For a more professional service, I recommend that you contact the MAR-AUTO headquarters in Castelfranco.
