Una vacanza da dimenticare, il giorno prima ci comunicano ke la partenza è stata spostata di un giorno, partiamo con un volo ke fa scalo tecnico (non previsto) passando così mezza giornata in giro x gli aeroporti. Al ritorno il volo si ferma a Napoli, e ci accompagnano in navetta fino a Bari. Noi abbiamo pagato un volo diretto! Ora io capisco ke siano mancanze del tour operator, ma visto ke quest'ultimo è stato scelto dall'agenzia, mi sembra il minimo avere un'assistenza adeguata! Invece abbiamo sopportato prese in giro come 'non esistono voli napoli-bari' o 'pazienza, sta volta è andata cosi'.
Ci tengo a precisare, il tutto con un bambino di 4 anni al seguito, e sopratutto ragazzi ke hanno avuto le nostre stesse disavventure le cui agenzie si sono però subito prodigate a cercare alternative valide!
 NO ASSISTANCE!
A holiday to forget, the day before they tell us ke the departure has been postponed by a day, we leave with a flight ke makes a technical stopover (not scheduled) thus spending half a day around the airports. On the way back, the flight stops in Naples, and they take us by shuttle to Bari. We paid for a direct flight! Now I understand ke are deficiencies of the tour operator, but since the latter was chosen by the agency, it seems to me the minimum to have adequate assistance! Instead we endured mockery such as 'there are no Naples-Bari flights' or 'patience, this time it went like this'.
I want to clarify, all with a 4-year-old child in tow, and especially kids who have had the same misadventures as ours, but whose agencies immediately went out of their way to look for valid alternatives!
